High Power BLDC Motor Controller
Overview
This was an 8KW BLDC motor FOC controller for an electric motorcycle. It used an aluminum substrate PCBA for the MOSFET inverter stage, that was screwed into a finned case for exceptional thermal performance.
Road Testing
A Sur-ron electric dirt bike was purchased for use as a test vehicle. The Sur-ron's controller was replaced with our controller for road testing.
